In order to continue with the registration process, just click on the REGISTER button and follow the instructions there on:

1. Select the Payment Mode
2. If Payment Mode is Cheque/DD
   1. Submit the Details
   2. Send the cheque/DD along with the required details to Primary Plus Registered Office.
3. If payment mode is Online
   1. Submit the general details
   2. Submit the Payment Details (Credit/Debit/Online Banking)
4. Complete the process and capture Order ID.
