"Round 1 Challenge Activities"

Submit either one or all the three activities to Primary Plus MI Kids Challenge Awards - 114 Masjid Modh, Jungpura Extn., New Delhi - 110014 before 15th Sept. 2007.

ACTIVITY 1 - Thinking Garden (Linguistic + Visual + Naturalist + Intrapersonal)

Design a colourful Thinking Garden on a sheet of paper where people can come, sit, talk and discuss problems of the world. Include suitable plants and eco-friendly materials to make the environment of the garden peaceful. Label the plants and features. Write a paragraph(200 words) that describes what makes your Garden different and measures you would take to solve the problems of the world.

ACTIVITY 2 - Junior Radio Jockey (Musical + Linguistic + Bodily)

Imagine you have been given a chance to air a 3 minute show on BIG FM 92.7 on the topic of 'Fitness'. Send us your Radio Jockey script (300 words), that uses in creative language, interesting facts, song lyrics, jokes, etc.

ACTIVITY 3 - Vacation Planner (Logical + Interpersonal)

You have been given a task for planning a vacation for your family and the budget is Rs 80,000 for four days. Select a destination anywhere in the world. Make an itinerary / travel plan that explains what you would do on each day. Make a list of expenses and write a paragraph (200 words) explaining the reasons for the choice of your destination / activities and relate it to the likes and interests of each family member.
